Please complete these 3 steps by October 7th in order to receive your Chromebook:
1. Review and sign the Acceptable Use Policy. A request to update your contact information and sign the Acceptable Use Policy was sent to you in late August via an InfoSnap “snap code” email. Another snap code reminder will be emailed to you the week of 9/26/16. Hard copies of the Acceptable Use Policy will be available and may be signed in person in the media center during Open House this Wednesday evening, September 28th. Copies are also available during school hours in the media center and main office.
2. Review and sign the District Device Agreement. After the first day of school, your student was provided with a hard copy of their District Device Agreement containing their Chromebook Serial Number. If you do not have a copy of the District Device Agreement, please notify the main office so another may be sent to you.
3. Pay for Chromebook Insurance. Please see the Chromebook Insurance Flyer containing the instructions on how to pay for Chromebook Insurance. If you have any questions regarding payment, including financial hardship, inability to pay via Internet, etc. please contact the main office administration. Inability for online payments or financial hardship will confidentially be addressed on a case by case basis.
